Sword Review Yomikuni Warrior Tachi Youtube The uesugi kenshin katana is a 1045 carbon blade with real ray skin and a decorative box, not bad for $60! first impressions of the blade were good, has a very sharp edge, tight ito wrap and overall solid construction. one of the things i really like about this sword is everything you get for the price. How reputable is yomikuni swords? some of their stuff looks really nice but $400 for a katana is a bit iffy sounding. does anyone have any experience with them? katanas at that price point are not rare at all. you can get plenty of budget midrange chinese forged katanas in the range from 300 600. But the ones yomikuni used to carry had these dragon fittings which i loved. i've heard of them but don't recall any reviews. looks like typical lq kats, i kinda like the wolverine model they have not that it seems to have anything to do with the ole canucklehead. the figure on the habaki looks more like a wolf than a wolverine.
