Long ago, the dark god of sloth and violence, wolbach, was defeated and split into two parts, which were then imprisoned within a complex sealing stone. one of the entities was wolbach, who represented the aspect of sloth; and the other one was the creature that would become chomusuke, a violent black beast that represented violence. the sealing stone was eventually taken to the crimson demon. Chomusuke is the sealed other half of lady wolbach. the axis cult split her in two and sealed both away, one being lady wolbach the large breasted onee san type and one being chomusuke the cat. the onee san is the woman in the hot springs. so off the bat, chomusuke has reason to dislike the deity of the axis cult.
