Healthy Watersheds High Quality Waters Protecting Wisconsin S Water The healthy watersheds assessment framework focuses on six key attributes of watershed health: landscape condition, geomorphology, habitat, water quality, hydrology, and biological condition (figure 1). this assessment approach was refined over several years through the completion of projects in 12 states, including in depth statewide.
