Technical ih talk. dirtboyz pulling team 1256. gotta preserve the tires for the pulling season. started on this wednesday morning and pulled it out of the paint room thursday afternoon. it's got a few things it needs yet, hook up the lights and flasher on left rear fender. it pulled great on saturday, took 2nd and 3rd. In my quest for a 100 hp tractor, i found a 1967 farmall 1206 on c list. the tin is straight, owner says the tractor runs good and is a nice tractor. it has around 3500 hrs with the meter inop. the prefilter bowl looks like it is missing. it apparently has been painted as the fenders are red, front wheels are red, no silver trim around the rear. We have had several guys pull with w9 series in our club and they are tough to beat. there is also a swd 9 and a ih 600 thats pulls, also very tough. i hope to pull my w 9 this year and see how it will do. i also have a wd 9 i would like to pull with. dang to many tractors to pull with. caseman d.

(note the use of the word “nearly” in the previous sentence…).
