Hidden Feature Chevrolet Silverado Youtube I found a possible fix (fixed my 2015 model): remove radio fuse, wait a minute, replace radio fuse. this restored the pause backup forward button function of the radio. removing the fuse is a pain in the neck, literally, as your neck will have to twist a lot to see the fuse (right passenger floor kick panel). yes, this works!. I have noticed in my 2020 silverado (itunes app via apple carplay) the pause rewind option is available if i’m playing a playlist but not if i’m streaming radio. you might try different audio sources to see if it shows up at all. yeah, chevy decided people were skipping too many songs. gotta listen all the way though. First thing to try is to remove both positive and negative cables from the battery. then while holding both cables away from the battery, touch the metal ends of the cables together and hold for 20 seconds. this will usually reset locked electronic modules. hook them back up to the battery and try radio.
